無基礎安裝，取消了傳統(tǒng)三足式懸掛結構，簡化安裝過程，設計合理，結構新穎簡潔，外觀美觀，清洗方便，基礎平板即為工作操作平臺，操作維護方便。
轉鼓、機殼、基礎平板均拋光處理；所有緊固件軍為不銹鋼；傳動部件均為不銹鋼封閉；密封件均為硅橡膠，配清洗噴淋系統(tǒng)，整機符合GMP衛(wèi)生要求。
與平板連接的進口高粘度液態(tài)阻尼劑式隔振器使離心機因振動產生的能量全部被隔振器吸收，對基礎地面及周邊設備無振動干擾。

待轉鼓內濾餅達到機器規(guī)定的裝料量時，停止進料，對濾餅進行洗滌，同時將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫液達到要求后，停機。專用的吊具將濾袋連同濾餅一起吊出至卸料處，打開卸料口，將濾餅卸出，然后將濾袋復位，進入待機狀態(tài)。
