Bag Filter

【基本說明】：

袋式過濾器一種結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、體積小、操作簡便靈活、節(jié)能、高效、密閉工作、適用性強(qiáng)的多用途過濾設(shè)備。袋式過濾器內(nèi)部由金屬網(wǎng)籃支撐濾袋，液體由入口流進(jìn)，經(jīng)濾袋過濾后從出口流出，雜質(zhì)攔截在濾袋中，更換濾袋后可繼續(xù)使用。

Basic Specification:

Bag filter is a multi-purpose with novel structure, small volume, easy to operate, energy-saving, high efficiency, closed operation and strong applicability. The inner of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket, and the liquid flows in from the inlet, then flows out from the outlet and the filtration is completed. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag, and the filter can continue to use by replacing the filter bag.

【結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理】：

袋式過濾器是一種壓力式過濾裝置，主要有過濾筒體、過濾筒蓋和快開機(jī)構(gòu)、不銹鋼濾袋加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)等主要部件組成。

濾液由過濾器外殼的旁側(cè)入口管流入濾袋，濾袋本身是裝置在加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)籃內(nèi)，液體滲透過所需要細(xì)度等級(jí)的濾袋即能獲得合格的濾液，雜質(zhì)顆粒被濾袋攔截。該機(jī)更換濾袋十分方便，過濾基本無物料消耗。

Structure and working principle:

Bag filter is a kind of pressure filter device, which mainly consists of filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover, quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement net and other main components.

The filtrate is flowed into the filter bag by the side inlet pipe of the outer covering. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing basket. The qualified filtrate can be obtained by the filter bag with the required fineness grade for liquid penetration, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. It is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and basically no material consumption during filtration process.
