【結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理】：

刷式自清洗過(guò)濾器主要由電機(jī)、電控箱、控制管路、主管組件、濾芯組件、不銹鋼刷、框架組件、傳動(dòng)軸、進(jìn)出口連接法蘭等部件組成。電控箱和控制管路構(gòu)成過(guò)濾機(jī)的控制部分，用于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)清洗排污過(guò)程。

當(dāng)水從底部進(jìn)水口進(jìn)入自清洗過(guò)濾器濾筒內(nèi)部，雜質(zhì)被攔在過(guò)濾筒內(nèi)壁，過(guò)濾后的干凈水從出水口流出，當(dāng)濾筒內(nèi)壁的雜質(zhì)越積越多時(shí)，自清洗過(guò)濾器進(jìn)出口的壓差達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)值或達(dá)到清洗時(shí)間或手動(dòng)預(yù)制時(shí)，過(guò)濾器將開(kāi)始自清洗過(guò)程，整個(gè)自清洗過(guò)程包含兩個(gè)步驟：打開(kāi)位于自清洗過(guò)濾器上的自動(dòng)排污閥；電機(jī)帶動(dòng)自清洗過(guò)濾器濾網(wǎng)內(nèi)的清洗刷，被濾網(wǎng)所攔下來(lái)的雜質(zhì)從排污閥排出，清洗時(shí)系統(tǒng)不斷流，自清洗過(guò)濾器的整個(gè)運(yùn)行過(guò)程由隨機(jī)配備的一個(gè)智能控制箱來(lái)控制?？刂品绞娇蛇x壓差、時(shí)間、手動(dòng)及PLC控制。

Structure and working principle:

Brush self-cleaning filter mainly consists of motor, electronic cabinet, control pipeline, main pipe component, filter element component, stainless steel brush, frame component, transmission shaft, import and export connecting flange and other components. The electronic cabinet and the control pipeline constitute the control part of the filter, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and sewage discharge process.

When water enters the filter cartridge of self-cleaning filter from the bottom inlet, impurities are blocked in the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities accumulate in the inner wall of the filter cartridge, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manually prefabricates, the self-cleaning process will start. The whole self-cleaning process includes two steps: open the automatic drain valve on the self-cleaning filter; the motor drives the cleaning brush in the filter screen of the self-cleaning filter, and the impurities blocked by the filter screen are discharged from the drain valve. The system flows continuously during the cleaning process. The whole operation process of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box randomly equipped. Pressure difference, time, manual and PLC control can be selected as the control mode.
