H系列滑閥式機(jī)械真空泵是抽除一般性氣體或含有少量可凝性氣體(此時(shí)應(yīng)使用氣鎮(zhèn))的真空獲得設(shè)備之一。當(dāng)抽除含氧過(guò)高的、有爆炸性的、對(duì)黑色金屬有腐蝕性的、對(duì)真空油起化學(xué)反應(yīng)的等氣體時(shí),應(yīng)加附設(shè)裝置。本型泵可以單獨(dú)使用,也可作為其他高真空泵的前級(jí)泵。 該泵不能抽除含氧過(guò)高、有爆炸性、對(duì)金屬起腐蝕作用、對(duì)泵油起化學(xué)反應(yīng)、以及含顆粒塵埃的氣體、也不能做為氣體輸送泵用。
在真空爐、真空鍍膜機(jī)、真空包裝、真空冶煉、真空干燥、真空浸漬、航空航天、電真空器件、醫(yī)療、化工高真空模擬試驗(yàn)、太陽(yáng)能、太陽(yáng)能電池以及其他真空作業(yè)上廣泛地應(yīng)用。
尤其在海綿鈦和金屬鎂等行業(yè)應(yīng)用更為廣泛。
The series H rotary piston vacuum pump is a sort of vacuum production equipment suitable for pumping ordinary gases and condensable gases(when a gas ballast used). The pump must be fitted with appropriate accessories if gas rich in oxygen explosive corrosive to ferrous metal, chemical reactive with vacuum pump oil. The series H pump can be a backing pump when combined with another high vacuum pump as well as operate singly. It is widely used in vacuum smelting. Vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation and high vacuum simulation testing. Etc.
The pump can't pumps those gases, such as contained oxygen more, exploitable, corroding metal, being chemical reaction with pump oil and the gas contained grained dust. It either can't used for transporting gases.
It widely used for vacuum furnace, vacuum coating, vacuum packing, vacuum metallurgical, vacuum drying, aviation aerospace、high vacuum imitation experiment、solar power energy battery and other vacuum work widely used.
