KV海水泵用于康明斯KT(A)-19-M系列發(fā)動機(jī)配套，作軸送海水用。
KV海水泵是一種環(huán)形自吸泵，其各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到康明斯技術(shù)要求。該泵使用灌水后，便可長期自吸起動。該泵具有較高的揚(yáng)程，在運(yùn)行中如連續(xù)關(guān)閉閥門會造成超壓和內(nèi)傷。
該泵的潤滑采用7028潤滑脂潤滑。
當(dāng)溫度低于0℃、停機(jī)存放時，應(yīng)放盡泵內(nèi)液體，再次起動前重新灌注液體。
Equipped with the Cummins′KT(a)-19-M motor series,KV Sea Water Pump is used to pump seawater.
KV Sea Water Pump is a ring shaped and self-priming pump,all of the performance indexes of the pump have been come up to the Cummins′technical standards.After initial filling water,the pump can be started without filling for a long time.The pump has a quite great head,so it must be going beyond the limit of presure.If closing valve continuously when the pump is runing,it may be causing internal ingury.
The pump is lubricated by 7028 lubricating grease.
When the pump is out of runing at the temprerature of surroundings lower than 32F(0℃),all the water in the pump have to be out of the pump.When it is going to be started again,the pump must have to be filled water at first.
