一. 微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)項(xiàng)目簡介：

國內(nèi)微機(jī)控制電子式試驗(yàn)機(jī)起步于90年代初，我公司是吸取國外領(lǐng)技術(shù)、開發(fā)研制電子式試驗(yàn)機(jī)的企業(yè)之一。

二.微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)使用領(lǐng)域：

微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用步進(jìn)交流電動機(jī)作為動力源；采用*的芯片集成技術(shù)，專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的PCI數(shù)據(jù)采集放大和控制系統(tǒng)，試驗(yàn)力、變形的放大、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換過程實(shí)現(xiàn)了全數(shù)字化調(diào)整。本機(jī)可對各種防水材料進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能測試和分析研究，微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于SBS、瀝青、胎基、復(fù)合高分子等各類防水卷材、無紡布、土工布等非金屬材料進(jìn)行拉伸、延伸率、斷裂伸長率等力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)，可根據(jù)GB、JIS、ASTM、DIN、ISO等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自動求取試驗(yàn)力值、斷裂力值、抗拉強(qiáng)度、斷裂延伸率等試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

三、微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)重點(diǎn)描述：

l主機(jī)：該機(jī)采用單臂式結(jié)構(gòu)，橫梁升降可以無級調(diào)速，更換立柱、絲杠、外罩后可改變試驗(yàn)空間。傳動系統(tǒng)由低噪音圓弧同步齒輪帶減速系統(tǒng)、絲杠副組成，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，效率高、噪音低、無污染。

四、微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)功能介紹

l本機(jī)采用內(nèi)置式控制器，保證了該試驗(yàn)機(jī)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)等速位移控制。

l采用中國臺灣品牌交流伺服電機(jī)，性能穩(wěn)定、可靠，具有過流、過壓、超速、過載等保護(hù)裝置。調(diào)速比可達(dá)1:5000。

l電氣控制線路參照國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，符合國家試驗(yàn)機(jī)電氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，抗力強(qiáng)，保證了控制器的穩(wěn)定性，實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性。

l自動換檔：根據(jù)負(fù)荷大小自動切換到適當(dāng)?shù)牧砍?，以確保測量數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性；實(shí)現(xiàn)了真正意義上的物理調(diào)零、增益調(diào)整及試驗(yàn)力測量的自動換檔、調(diào)零、標(biāo)定和存盤，無任何模擬調(diào)節(jié)環(huán)節(jié)，控制電路高度集成化

l限位保護(hù)：具有程控和機(jī)械兩級限位保護(hù)；

l自動停機(jī)：試樣斷裂后，移動橫梁自動停止；

l過載保護(hù)：當(dāng)負(fù)荷超過各檔值的3-5%時(shí)，自動停機(jī)；

自動和人工兩種模式求取試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，自動形成報(bào)表，使數(shù)據(jù)分析過程簡便。
