Rabbit 抗體說(shuō)明書(shū)Anti-A2O Catalog Number : RS02751R Quantity size : 100ul (dilute with pH 7.4 0.01 M PBS or antibody diluent )
Background: A2O, BSN (Zinc-finger protein ) is thought to be involved in the organization of the cytomatrix at the nerve terminals active zone (CAZ) which regulates neurotransmitter release. Seems to act through binding to ERC2/CAST1. Essential in regulated neurotransmitter release from a subset of brain glutamatergic synapses (By similarity). Involved in the formation of the retinal photoreceptor ribbon synapses. Interacts with ERC2/CAST1, RIMS1 and UNC13A. Part of a complex consisting of ERC2, RIMS1 and BSN (By similarity). Subcellular located in Cytoplasmic, localized to the active zone of presynaptic density. It expressed in brain and retina.
pecificity : – Anti A2O is a rabbit polyclonal antibody unconjugated – specific for A2O of human, mouse and rat – use for western blotting, elisa, immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry – Protein G affinity chromatography purification, purity :>95% – Isotype: IgG – mol wt: 38 kDa
