單色儀光柵標(biāo)淮產(chǎn)品

單色儀光柵已被優(yōu)化，更方便與固定入射狹縫、光柵及出射狹縫組合，與傳統(tǒng)凹面光柵不同，聚焦不會(huì)因?yàn)殚煻仍黾?/span>移動(dòng)離開出射狹縫。這因?yàn)槿⑿Ｕ堰@些數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化改善定義，全息設(shè)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在已選擇的波長(zhǎng)范圍內(nèi)作即時(shí)抑制散光像差。
