本品是有機(jī)脂肪酸聚合物，為一種低分子量電解質(zhì)，含有多個(gè)羧基官能團(tuán)，一般相對(duì)分子量為400～800、無(wú)毒、易溶于水、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性及熱穩(wěn)定性高，分解溫度在330。C以上。在高溫和高PH下有明顯的溶限效應(yīng)。該劑具有與有機(jī)瞵酸、有機(jī)瞵磺酸、PBTC等更好的混溶性，適用于堿性水質(zhì)或同其它藥物復(fù)配使用。在300。C下對(duì)碳酸鹽和磷酸鹽有良好的阻垢分散效果，阻垢時(shí)間可達(dá)100h。由于其阻垢性能和耐高溫性能優(yōu)異，因此在海水淡化的閃蒸裝置中和低壓鍋爐、蒸汽機(jī)車(chē)、原油脫水、輸水輸油管線及工業(yè)循環(huán)冷卻水中得到廣泛使用。另外本劑有一定的緩蝕作用，與鋅鹽復(fù)配效果更好。
HPMA, polymer of organic aliphatic acid, is a low molecular-weight electrolyte, containing several carboxyl groups, with average molecular weight 400-800. No toxicity, soluble in water, high chemical and thermal stability, decomposed temperature above 330℃. HPMA has obvious threshold effect under high temperature and high pH level. I t has good compatibility with organic phosphoric acid , organic sulfonic acid and PBTC, suitable to be used in alkaline water system or built with agents. It has good scale inhibition against carbonate and phosphate scales under temperature 300℃ with effective time as long as 100 hours. Due to its good scale inhibition and high temperature tolerance properties, HPMA is widely used in desalination plant of flash vaporization equipment, low pressure boiler, steam locomotive, crude oil evaporation, petroleum pipeline, and industrial circulating cool water systems. In addition, HPMA has good corrosion inhibition effect when used together with zinc salt.
2、 用途 Usage
適應(yīng)于電力、化工、冶金行業(yè)循環(huán)冷卻水、油田注水、原油污水、低鍋爐阻垢、防垢處理，適應(yīng)于堿性水質(zhì)或其它水穩(wěn)劑復(fù)配使用。
Applicable to anti-scale and scale inhibitions in circulating cool water, oilfield feed water, crude oil wastewater, and low pressure boiler in power plant, chemical industry and metallurgy industry. It is adapt to alkaline water or built with other agents.

4、 使用方法 Usage
單獨(dú)使用時(shí)（視水質(zhì)不同），一般投加量為5～10ppm。作為復(fù)配作用，一般投加量為2～5ppm。
When used alone （depending on water quality）, the dosage 5~10ppm is preferred. When built with other agents, the dosage 2~5ppm is preferred.
5、 包裝與貯存 Packing and storage
本品采用聚乙烯塑料桶包裝，每桶凈重25kg，或采用內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料薄膜的鐵桶包裝，每桶凈重200kg，運(yùn)輸時(shí)防止曝曬，貯存在干燥通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房?jī)?nèi)，貯存期10個(gè)月。
Pack in 25kg net polyethylene （PE） plastic drum, or in 200kg net iron bucket with polyethylene （PE） inner-lining. Avoid insolation during transportation. Be stored for ten months in room ventilated and dry place.
6、 安全防護(hù) Safety Protection
本品為酸性液體，應(yīng)避免與眼睛、皮膚接觸，一旦濺到身上，應(yīng)立即用大量水沖洗。
Acidity. Avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
