機(jī)械隔膜計(jì)量泵是電機(jī)通過直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)蝸輪蝸桿副作變速運(yùn)動(dòng)，在曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的作用下，將旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥鶑?fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。
滑桿與膜片直接連接，工作時(shí)滑桿往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)直接推（拉）動(dòng)膜片來回鼓動(dòng)，通過泵頭上的單向閥啟閉作用完成吸排目的，達(dá)到輸送液體的功能。2、是可以計(jì)量輸送液體的機(jī)械，也叫定量泵、比例泵。通常描述為：機(jī)械隔膜計(jì)量泵是一種可以滿足各種嚴(yán)格的工藝流程需要，流量可以在0-*范圍內(nèi)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)，用來輸送液體（特別是腐蝕性液體）一種特殊容積泵。分類一：根據(jù)過流部分：一、柱塞、活塞式；二、機(jī)械隔膜式；三、液壓隔膜式。分類二：根據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)方式：一、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)；二、電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)；三、氣動(dòng)分類三：根據(jù)工作方式一、往復(fù)式二、回轉(zhuǎn)式；三、齒輪式其他的分類方式：電控型，氣控型，保溫型，加熱型，高黏度型等。
