SCS系列電子汽車地磅是由稱重臺面，高精度傳感器及智能化稱重顯示儀表組成的多功能稱重計量系統(tǒng)，采用U型截面梁作為秤體的力學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，用料精，剛性強(qiáng)。焊接采用二氧化碳保焊連續(xù)焊縫，型腔全密封，耐腐蝕。施工工藝簡單、快速。

主要工藝流程：

1.壓槽機(jī)壓槽，槽型倒角圓潤，無90度硬性直角，更接進(jìn)三角結(jié)構(gòu)。

2.U型梁采用不小于6mm鋼板冷軋；面板為Q235鋼板。

3.機(jī)械加車間，加工設(shè)備齊全，配件自行生產(chǎn)，定做特種結(jié)構(gòu)。

4.自動焊接機(jī)滿焊，焊接過程中將U型梁內(nèi)部氧氣消耗殆盡，使用部形惰性環(huán)境，從而避免內(nèi)部腐蝕。
