進(jìn)口蒸汽調(diào)壓閥,The steam pressure regulating valve,是指能將閥前的蒸汽壓力減到所需要的出口壓力,并將壓力穩(wěn)定在所需要的壓力值的減壓閥,屬于可調(diào)式先導(dǎo)活塞式減壓閥。由主閥和導(dǎo)閥兩部分組成。主閥主要由閥座、閥閥盤、活塞、缸套、彈簧等零件組成。導(dǎo)閥主要由閥座、閥瓣、膜片、彈簧、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成。通過調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力,利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化,通過導(dǎo)閥啟閉驅(qū)動(dòng)活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過流面積的大小,實(shí)現(xiàn)減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。進(jìn)口蒸汽調(diào)壓閥主要用于蒸汽管路,起到減壓穩(wěn)壓作用。

六、進(jìn)口蒸汽調(diào)壓閥安裝說明書
1、蒸汽調(diào)壓閥安裝前必須對(duì)管路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行沖洗清理。以防焊渣,氧化皮等贓物流入閥內(nèi),影響閥門正常工作。
2、蒸汽調(diào)壓閥應(yīng)安裝在便于操作和維修的地方,并且必須直立安裝在水平管道上,應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上箭頭所示方向一致,切勿反裝。
3、蒸汽調(diào)壓閥在安裝使用時(shí),應(yīng)把旁通管道的截止閥打開,排除管路中的冷凝水和汽水的混合物,以防減壓閥開啟時(shí)產(chǎn)生水圾現(xiàn)象損壞減壓閥,當(dāng)無異?,F(xiàn)象后,按順時(shí)針方向緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘,將出口壓力調(diào)至所需的壓力(以閥后表壓為準(zhǔn)),調(diào)整后,將鎖緊螺母背緊,擰上防護(hù)罩。
4、蒸汽調(diào)壓閥前應(yīng)安裝過濾器,以防介質(zhì)中的雜物進(jìn)入減壓閥,影響其性能。
5、安裝的減壓閥前后應(yīng)有一段直管,閥前的直管長(zhǎng)度約為600毫米,閥后的直管長(zhǎng)度約為1000毫米。
6、蒸汽調(diào)壓閥要求進(jìn)出口壓差必須≥0.2Mpa。
7、蒸汽調(diào)壓閥的管網(wǎng)必須裝安全閥,以防減壓閥失效壓力升高造成系統(tǒng)或者設(shè)備的破壞。

Sixth, imported steam pressure regulator installation instructions
1. The steam pressure regulator must be flushed and cleaned before installation. In order to prevent the welding slag, oxide scale and other sputum from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve.
2. The steam pressure regulating valve should be installed in a place convenient for operation and maintenance, and must be installed upright on the horizontal pipe. It should be noted that the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and must not be reversed.
3. When the steam pressure regulating valve is installed and used, the shut-off valve of the bypass pipe should be opened to eliminate the mixture of condensed water and soda water in the pipeline to prevent the garbage valve from damaging the pressure reducing valve when the pressure reducing valve is opened. After no abnormality, slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (according to the valve back pressure). After adjustment, tighten the lock nut and tighten the protective cover.
4. A filter should be installed before the steam pressure regulating valve to prevent debris in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.
5. There should be a straight pipe before and after the installed pressure reducing valve. The length of the straight pipe in front of the valve is about 600 mm, and the length of the straight pipe behind the valve is about 1000 mm.
6. The steam pressure regulating valve requires the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to be ≥0.2Mpa.
7. The pipe network of the steam pressure regulating valve must be equipped with a safety valve to prevent damage to the system or equipment caused by the pressure failure of the pressure reducing valve.
