ZJHPF系列精小型氣動(dòng)薄膜單座襯氟調(diào)理閥選用頂部導(dǎo)向構(gòu)造，配用多繃簧履行機(jī)構(gòu)，具有構(gòu)造緊湊、重量輕、動(dòng)作活絡(luò)、流體通道呈S流線型、壓降丟失小、閥容量大、流量特性準(zhǔn)確、拆裝便利等長(zhǎng)處。廣泛應(yīng)用于準(zhǔn)確操控氣體、液體等介質(zhì)的工藝參數(shù)對(duì)壓力、流量、溫度、液位保持在給定值。格外運(yùn)用于允許走漏量小且閥前后壓差不大的場(chǎng)合。本系列商品有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型、調(diào)理切斷型。商品公稱壓力等級(jí)有PN0.6、1.0、1.6、2.5、class 150LB;公稱通徑規(guī)模DN20~300；運(yùn)用溫度由-20℃~+200℃規(guī)模內(nèi)多種檔次；走漏等級(jí)VI級(jí)，流量特性為線性或等百分比。
ZJHPF系列精小型氣動(dòng)薄膜單座襯氟調(diào)理閥是氣動(dòng)單元組合外表中的履行單元，配用電-氣變換設(shè)備以后，也可進(jìn)入電動(dòng)單元組合外表體系，它接受來(lái)自調(diào)理外表的信號(hào)，直接改動(dòng)被調(diào)介質(zhì)（如液體、氣體、蒸汽等）的流量，使被控工藝參數(shù)（如溫度、壓力、流量等）保持在給定值。

結(jié)構(gòu)特征與原理 Specifications and technical parameters
調(diào)節(jié)閥是由氣動(dòng)薄膜執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)與調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)二部分組成，其結(jié)構(gòu)與原理見(jiàn)下圖。

執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)概述  Executing agency summary
 執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)是氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥生產(chǎn)過(guò)程自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，其有正反兩種作用形式，當(dāng)信號(hào)壓力增加，推桿伸出膜室的叫正作用，與閥配合構(gòu)成氣關(guān)式（如圖2a)。當(dāng)信號(hào)壓力增加，推桿退出膜室的叫反作用，與閥配合構(gòu)成氣開(kāi)式（如圖2b）。其原理：當(dāng)信號(hào)壓力輸入膜室后，在膜片上產(chǎn)生推力，壓縮彈簧，使推桿移動(dòng)，帶動(dòng)閥桿，改變閥芯與閥座之間的流通面積，直到彈簧的反作用與信號(hào)壓力作用在膜片上的推力相平衡，從而達(dá)到自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)工藝參數(shù)之目的。

callnegativeaction,match with valve to be air open type(likediagram2b).
