BJT酸霧凈化塔
設(shè)備原理:對(duì)于腐蝕性氣體(如酸、堿性廢氣)的治理,目前多采用液體吸收法治理。采用液體吸收法治理該廢氣,關(guān)鍵在于凈化設(shè)備的選擇。目前,我公司自主開(kāi)發(fā)了凈化效率高、操作管理簡(jiǎn)單、使用壽命長(zhǎng)的酸、堿性廢氣凈化工藝與設(shè)備。該工藝與產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、能耗低、凈化效率高和適用范圍廣的特點(diǎn),能有效去除氣體(HCl)、氟化氫氣體(HF)、氨氣(NH3)、硫酸霧(H?SO。)、鉻酸霧(CrO,)、氰氫酸氣體(HCN)、堿蒸氣(NaOH)、硫化氫氣體(H2S)、福爾馬林(HCHO)等水溶性氣體。酸霧廢氣由風(fēng)管引入凈化塔,經(jīng)過(guò)填料層,廢氣與氫氧化鈉吸收液進(jìn)行氣液兩相充分接觸吸收中和反應(yīng),酸霧廢氣經(jīng)過(guò)凈化后,再經(jīng)除霧板脫水除霧后由風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。吸收液在塔底經(jīng)水泵增壓后在塔頂噴淋而下,最后回流至塔底循環(huán)使用。凈化后的酸霧廢氣達(dá)到廣東省地方排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的排放要求,低于國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
設(shè)備特點(diǎn): 本設(shè)備采用填料塔對(duì)廢氣進(jìn)行凈化,適合于連續(xù)和間歇排放廢氣的治理;工藝簡(jiǎn)單,管理、操作及維修相當(dāng)方便簡(jiǎn)潔,不會(huì)對(duì)車間的生產(chǎn)造成任何影響;適用范圍廣,可同時(shí)凈化多種污染物;壓降較低,操作彈性大,且具有很好的除霧性能;塔體可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況采用FRP/PP/PVC/SUS等材料制作;填料采用高效、低阻的鮑爾環(huán),可地去除氣體中的異味、有害物質(zhì)等。
結(jié)構(gòu)形式: 本設(shè)備分單塔體和雙塔體。采用圓形塔體,用法蘭分段聯(lián)接而成。具體由貯液箱、塔體、進(jìn)風(fēng)段、噴淋層、填料層、旋流除霧層、出風(fēng)錐帽、觀檢孔等組成。
產(chǎn)品用途: 本設(shè)備可廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、電子、冶金、電鍍、紡織(化纖)、食品、機(jī)械制造等行業(yè)過(guò)程中排放的酸、堿性廢氣的凈化處理。如調(diào)味食品、制酸、酸洗、電鍍、電解、蓄電池等。 -

The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower by the air duct, and passes through the packing layer. The exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted by the gas-liquid two-phase to absorb the neutralization reaction, and the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, and then dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate. The fan is discharged into the atmosphere. After the bottom of the tower is pressurized by the water pump, the absorption liquid is sprayed on the top of the tower, and finally returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the national emission standard. Features of the equipment: This equipment uses packed tower to purify the exhaust gas, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas; the process is simple, the management, operation and maintenance are quite convenient and concise, and will not have any impact on the production of the workshop; At the same time purify a variety of pollutants; low pressure drop, high flexibility, and good defogging performance; tower body can be made of FRP/PP/PVC/SUS and other materials according to the actual situation; filler with high efficiency, low resistance of Bauer The ring can completely remove odors, harmful substances and the like in the gas.
