美國(guó)FLOWLINE LG10 LG-1 LG11導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)料位計(jì)是依據(jù)時(shí)域反射原理(TDR Time Domain Reflectometry)為基礎(chǔ)的雷達(dá)料位計(jì),時(shí)域反射原理首先是用于通訊電纜的故障檢測(cè),今天我們將其成功應(yīng)用于工業(yè)測(cè)量,電磁脈沖以光速沿鋼纜或探棒傳播,當(dāng)遇到被測(cè)介質(zhì)表面時(shí),部分脈沖被反射形成回波并沿相同路徑返回到脈沖發(fā)射裝置,發(fā)射裝置與被測(cè)介質(zhì)表面的距離同脈沖在其間的傳播時(shí)間成正比,回波的極性和振幅取決于上層介質(zhì)與下層介質(zhì)的介電常數(shù)εr。一般來(lái)講,上層的介質(zhì)通常為氣體,其介電常數(shù)接近εr1.0,下層被測(cè)介質(zhì)的介電常數(shù)較高。 調(diào)頻連續(xù)波雷達(dá)料位計(jì)是依據(jù)調(diào)頻連續(xù)波原理(FMCW Frequency Modulated ContinuousWave)為基礎(chǔ)的雷達(dá)料位計(jì),這區(qū)別于脈沖式雷達(dá),并因其*的性能而廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。使用線性調(diào)頻高頻信號(hào),發(fā)射頻率隨一定時(shí)間間隔(掃描頻率)線性增加,頻率范圍為8.5G~9.9G,波長(zhǎng)約為3cm。由于發(fā)射頻率是隨著信號(hào)傳播的時(shí)間變化的,與反射物體距離成比例的低頻信號(hào)頻率f是由當(dāng)前發(fā)射頻率與接收的反射頻率的差值獲得的。雷達(dá)料位計(jì)適用于酸堿儲(chǔ)罐、漿料儲(chǔ)罐、固體顆粒、小型儲(chǔ)油罐。各類導(dǎo)電、非導(dǎo)電介質(zhì)、腐蝕性介質(zhì)。如煤倉(cāng)、灰倉(cāng)、油罐、酸罐等雷達(dá)料位計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)
