本機與其它型號常溫常壓液流染色機具有同等功效，是專為常壓下和溫度98℃時以噴射、溢流系統(tǒng)處染各種機織、針織布匹設(shè)計。適用于各種厚質(zhì)、薄質(zhì)、天然或合成纖維及混紡布匹漂白、精煉、染色、水洗等工藝過程，染色浴比低、馬力小、產(chǎn)量高、染液高速循環(huán)可獲致的均染效果。提布速度有無級變速傳動。
GM38 Normal-temperature Normal-pressure Dyeing Machine
The machine having the same efficiency as other types of normal temperature and normal pressure flow-form dyeing machine is specially designed for dyeing and treating various woven and knitted fabrics with spraying and overflowing system under atmospheric pressure and at maximum temperature of 98jae. It is suitable for thick and thin fabrics of natural or synthetic fibers, as well as blended fabrics in the bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing processes, etc. Its less bath ratio, small power, high production and rapid liquor circulation bring out a much more even dyeing result. Cloth speed is regulated in an infinitely varying way.
