工作原理
LWL臥式螺旋卸料過濾離心機(jī),懸浮液通過進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓與螺旋之間的過濾腔,從轉(zhuǎn)鼓錐底處進(jìn)入,在離心力作用下,料漿中的液相通過轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)側(cè)的濾網(wǎng)濾出,固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi),同時(shí)固相在離心力和螺旋與轉(zhuǎn)鼓的差速作用下,從轉(zhuǎn)鼓小端向大端運(yùn)動(dòng)。隨著轉(zhuǎn)鼓回轉(zhuǎn)直徑的變大,離心力也增大,截留的固相從初始的較高的含濕率到排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓時(shí)達(dá)到最小的含濕率,實(shí)現(xiàn)固液相自動(dòng)連續(xù)的分離。
配置洗滌管,可在過濾的后段對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌提純。較薄的過濾層,可以獲得較好的洗滌效果和較低的洗滌劑消耗。
對(duì)于易產(chǎn)生二次結(jié)晶的物料,可以配置蒸汽管,按設(shè)置的清洗周期對(duì)內(nèi)腔的結(jié)晶進(jìn)行高溫清洗。
LWL臥式螺旋卸料過濾離心機(jī)因其連續(xù)過濾的特性,生產(chǎn)效率高,連續(xù)自動(dòng)進(jìn)出料,對(duì)于適當(dāng)粒徑的物料尤其適用。
Operating principle
Working principle of LWL Horizontal screw
The suspension will be fed into rotor drum via feed pipe firstly through the filtering cavity between the rotor drum and screw and then cone bottom of the rotor drum. Under effect of centrifugal force, liquid content of the suspension will be filtered out via the filter net in the rotor drum while the solid content retained in the drum which will be forced to move from smaller end of the drum to the larger end under effect of the centrifugal force as well as differential between the screw and rotor drum. As rotating diameter of the drum increases, the centrifugal force increases, which reduces moisture content of the solid (which is high at beginning) to a level as low as possible before discharge, achieving automatic continuous process of liquid/solid separation.
The unit is designed with washing pipe for rinsing and purification of filtering cake by end of filtration process, the thinner the filtering layer is, the better effect of rinsing and the lower consumption of detergent would be.
For materials that are prone to secondary crystallization, steam pipes can be configured to clean the crystals out of the inner cavity at high temperature in preset frequency.
LWL horizontal decanter is especially suitable for processing material of appropriate size as it' s capable of continuous filtration in a highly efficient way and allows continuous feed and discharge process.
