產品結構特點 Construction features

1、產品設計制造按 E101和 JB/T 3595標準的規(guī)定，結構合理，性能優(yōu)良，造型美觀。

2、閥門中腔采用壓力自緊式密封結構，密封性能好。支管兩端為焊接結構，焊接坡口可按標準或用戶要求配接。

3、閥瓣、閥座密封面采用司太立（stellite）鈷基硬質合金堆焊而成，耐磨、耐高溫、抗擦傷性能好、使用壽命長。

4、閥桿經調質和表面氮化處理，有良好的抗腐蝕性和抗擦傷性。

5、閥蓋填料函深度合理，填料加緩蝕劑，密封可靠。

6、閥門具有倒密封結構，保證閥門開啟運行時，不經閥桿外漏。

7、電動截止閥配有DZW系列閥門電動裝置，具有殼體小，重量輕，功能全，外形美等特點，并可與程控電腦配套使用，也可按用戶要求選配電動裝置。

5. The valve cover packing function is reasonable, packing and corrosion inhibitor, sealing and reliable.

6. The valve has an inverted seal structure to ensure that the valve opens and runs without the stem leakage.
