1、的閥座：憑多方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)而設(shè)計(jì)的閥座，確保閥門密封，摩擦系數(shù)低，操作力矩小。多種閥座材料，適應(yīng)范圍廣。

2、開關(guān)無誤的手柄：采用扁頭閥桿，與手柄的連接不會(huì)錯(cuò)位，從而保證手柄指示的開關(guān)狀態(tài)與閥門一致。

3、鎖緊裝置：為防止閥門開關(guān)誤操作，在閥門全開、全關(guān)位置有鎖定孔，確保閥門處于正確的位置。

4、閥桿防飛結(jié)構(gòu)：閥桿為下裝式，防止受壓飛出，同時(shí)可在火災(zāi)后，與閥體形成金屬接觸，確保閥桿密封。

5、防靜電性能：在球性、閥桿、閥體之間設(shè)置彈簧，能將開關(guān)過程產(chǎn)生的靜電導(dǎo)出。

6、耐火結(jié)構(gòu)：各個(gè)部位(球與閥體、中法蘭、閥桿與閥體)設(shè)計(jì)成金屬接觸，滿足耐火要求，符合API 6FA，API 607的規(guī)定。

4. Stem anti-flying structure: the stem is mounted to prevent the pressure from flying out, and the metal contact with the valve body can be formed after the fire to ensure the stem seal.

5. Anti-static performance: set up springs between ball, stem and valve body,ａnd can export static electricity generated by switch process.

6. Refractory structure: various parts (ball and valve body, middle flange, stem and valve body) are designed to meet the fire resistance and meet the requirements of API 6FA and API 607.
