• *、第二放卷、烘箱、收卷四段閉環(huán)恒張力。
• 三段頂開(kāi)式恒溫干燥箱，進(jìn)出風(fēng)分層，負(fù)壓設(shè)計(jì)、二次回風(fēng)，即節(jié)約能源，又減少殘留溶劑的含量。
• 烘箱內(nèi)導(dǎo)輥主動(dòng)同步傳動(dòng)，減少材料拉伸和變形。
• *、第二放卷及收卷裝置，采用AC減速電機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)翻轉(zhuǎn)雙工位及收卷不停機(jī)自動(dòng)接料，全部采用氣脹軸為裝料軸。

• 高精度網(wǎng)紋輥涂布系統(tǒng)，氣動(dòng)GUA刀，勻膠輥，膠劑循環(huán)裝置。
• 涂布、復(fù)合機(jī)組采用雙變頻聯(lián)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，同步帶動(dòng)箱內(nèi)導(dǎo)輥確保同步。
• 通過(guò)冷卻輥使復(fù)合膜更平整。
• 收卷部分使用兩部力矩電機(jī)控制錐度張力。
