ROX參比染料ROX Reference Dye/子科現(xiàn)貨

制品說(shuō)明：ROX Reference Dye一般用于ABI、Stratagene等公司的Real Time PCR 擴(kuò)增儀上，用于調(diào)整PCR加樣誤差所引起的PCR管與管之間的差異。不同儀器所需ROX Reference Dye濃度不同。我公司提供ROX Reference Dye 儲(chǔ)存液，濃度為25µmol/L，使用終濃度根據(jù)不同儀器為50nmol/L 或500nmol/L，用戶(hù)可以根據(jù)儀器的推薦濃度添加。

不同儀器ROX推薦使用終濃度：

從配制PCR反應(yīng)的水溶液中減去ROX染料的體積

*為使每個(gè)反應(yīng)精確加入0.1µL，推薦使用前將ROX用水稀釋10倍，并使用1µL稀釋后的溶液。
